Linguistic means of identity construction in media texts (comparative analysis of political interviews)

Abstract

The study aimed to determine and explain the influence of discourse of political interviews on audience identity construction and their understanding of social and political processes. Methods of cross-cultural analysis, Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), the method of linguistic analysis of identity markers in media text, and the method of linguistic analysis of identity markers were used in the study. The reliability of the methods was checked with Cronbach's alpha. Дослідження мало на меті визначити та пояснити вплив дискурсу політичних інтерв’ю на аудиторію побудова ідентичності та їх розуміння соціальних і політичних процесів. Методи крос-культурного аналізу, критичний аналіз дискурсу (CDA), метод лінгвістичного аналізу маркерів ідентичності в медіатексті. У дослідженні використано метод лінгвістичного аналізу маркерів ідентичності. Надійність методів була перевірено альфа-версією Кронбаха.
