Abstract: In the current context of the development of the tourism and hospitality industries, digitalization serves as a key factor in enhancing management efficiency and ensuring the competitiveness of their stakeholders. Information technologies significantly transform the processes of organizing tourist routes, allowing for the optimization of logistics, the improvement of service quality, and the personalization of the tourism product. At the same time, digital tools provide integrated quality management in the hospitality sector, supporting the monitoring of service standards, the analysis of customer feedback, and prompt responses to changes in demand.
